Josette is an experienced coach and consultant in leadership development, team building and organizational development. Her corporate positions took her nationwide assisting customers who owned interests in large corporations, as well as those who owned and operated small retail stores.
Her experience is diverse with her career taking her through many industries, including, wholesale, retail, the service industry, recruitment, office services, communication, printing, advertising and marketing. She has worked with companies and customers with 2 to 3000 team members. She also works with voluntary organizations in both her community and nationwide.
Josette has served as a mentor for the DePaul School of New Learning and the Society of Human Resources Management and helped establish several business networking groups. She also has a passion for business and an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people around her.
